The LCD display is large and easy to read. The display backlit is activated when an item is placed on the scale. This scale is powered by rechargeable battery pack or an AC adapter. This is very affordable scale offering speed, function and value.

The keypad and display are logically laid out and the keypads are marked clearly allowing the operations of the compact digital scale intuitively without the need to reference the user manual. There is no official washdown rating but the manufacturer tells us the digital scale can be used for light wash down or wipe down, not for heavy duty, and not for hose down.
