Sartorius LE5201 precision balance was discontinued in May 2008 to make way for the replacement model CPA5201.  This new model features a new keypad overlay and each model in the CPA Series now features isoCal internal calibration.

High capacity weighing from Sartorius.  Weighing capacity up to 5200 grams with 0.1 gram precision along with an extra large 8.6" x 7.9" weighing platform.  Get features the choice of 16 weighing units and you can toggle between any two of the most common, standard international mass units at the touch of a key.  RS-232C data interface for PC or printer connection and counting feature are all standard. 

The Sartorius CPA Series combines designs and advanced weighing technology to provide easy and reliable performance in the laboratory, classroom or manufacturing application.  Built-in application programs including counting, percent, net-total formulation, animal weighing and mass unit conversion by toggling provide flexibility to perform any weighing application.  Large rectangular 7.5" x 8" stainless steel weighing pan with rugged chemical-resistant housing ensures long life and easy maintenance.

All lab balances in the CPA Series have motorized internal calibration  isoCal allows the balance to be preset to perform calibration automatically or prompts user to calibrate, plus it monitors adjustments through GLP-compliant printouts.  The CPA5201 comes standard with motorized internal calibration.  The core of our clients purchase the CPA Series especially in the pharmacopeia sector.  Some clients on a limited budget select the GP8201 (8200g x 0.01g), but unlike the CPA Toploading Balances the GP8201 does not feature the internal calibration.
