New and improved CPA224S analyticals were built to replace the LE224S which is no longer in production.
Sartorius changed the keyboard overlay in the CPA Series.
The recognized innovator in advanced laboratory weighing technology introduces
for 2008 the CPA224S analytical balance (220g x 0.1mg) featuring a removable
draft shield for easy cleaning, large LCD with backlit display and the exclusive
Sartorius Monolithic Weighing Cell.
Just one glance tells you that the bold new design of the balance provides the
highest level of user-friendliness. For instance, the unique, triangular
weighing pan shape on CPA models, provides space age design with down to
earth usefulness. That is, by providing more space than most common pan
shapes. Another practical feature of the CPA is that it is so easy to use
and can adapt to accommodate your weighing needs as they change. Monolithic
technology now makes it possible to manufacture a nearly complete electromagnetic
force-compensating system with analytical resolution from a block of special
aluminum alloy. This eliminates problems that are caused by the different
heat capacities of several system components and by the heat transmission resistance
between them, allowing Sartorius to achieve more accurate and stable results.
All CPA Series balances feature isoCAL for motorized internal calibration. isoCal allows the balance
to be preset to perform calibration automatically or prompts user to calibrate. If the ambient temperature
fluctuates outside of a user-defined range or after a preprogrammed time interval, the isoCAL function will automatically perform internal
calibration and adjustments at regular intervals with consistently high accuracy.
The core of our clients purchase the CPA Series especially in the pharmacopeia sector.

available for use in addition. This new design provides 27% more
surface area for samples compared to the previous models with just the
"Plain Jane" round weigh platform.
"We
did not invent the product, but we made it better" is a famous
quote from BASF and we feel the same with our new RS-232 to USB
converter kit for Sartorius Balances exclusively found at Precision
Weighing Balances. Your Authorized Sartorius Dealer and known
throughout the world for deep discount prices.
Our USB to Serial Adapter kit for Sartorius Balances (our part # SARUSB)
offers you the best of both world. If you want to interface the
Sartorius Scale with a RS-232 serial port you simply disconnect the
1 foot RS-232 to USB cable.
Eliminate IRQ conflicts by going USB. Connect your Sartorius balance
