New CPWplus150M platform scales offer a bi-directional RS232 interface to allow connections to printers or computers. Using standard commands users can request gross, net, and tare weights be sent automatically. Optional Winwedge
software collects scale data and can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
Adam Equipment expanded their CPW series floor scales in 2008 with models featuring larger weighing platforms. New CPWplus150M platform scales use the same indicator as the standard CPW series but features
a 19.7 x 19.7 inch stainless steel weighing platform and adjustable non-slip feet for leveling. An optional, rubber, non-slip mat can also be purchased which prevents people or animals standing on the scale from slips and falls.
These digital floor scales offer rechargeable batteries with over 60 hours of use before needing to be recharged. To save battery life, the backlit display can be set to always on, off or automatically on for 10 seconds when a weight is placed
on the scale's platform.
