The CFC660a increments in 0.05 lbs.  The rule of thumb for selecting the correct counting scale for peak performances is to determine the lightest part you'll be counting and purchase a counting scale with 5 times that in resolution.  With that said the CFC660a is good for counting parts having a weight greater than 0.25 pounds.  This means the lightest part you want to count should weigh greater than a quarter of a pound.  This means you want to weigh big heavy parts.

The CFC counting scale is fast and simple to use, and being battery powered can be used anywhere on the site.  Battery life is typically 70 hours before recharging, so they can be used shift after shift even when away from an AC supply.
