The Sartorius CPA64S has been discontinued and no longer in production as of May 2013. The CPA64 was discontinued since the microprocessor used in the CPA is obsolete and the balance was not ROHS Compliant. To sum it up best the CPA was retired due to old technology. Sartorius CPA line was phased-out and replaced with the new Secura 124-1S or Quintix 64-1S. The Secura and Quintix balances are an entirely new cutting edge design offering superior weighing technology over the CPA64S. Buyer beware if someone tries to sell you a used or left over CPA since in our opinion they are not worth buying especially when there is the new Sartorius Entris64-1S that will cost you under $1300. We have no remaining stock on the CPA64S and all information displayed herein is for archival and support purposes only.
CPA64 analytical balances replace the older Sartorius CP64 model. New and improved models feature a changed overlay keypad and isoCAL. If the ambient temperature fluctuates outside of a user-defined range or after a preprogrammed time interval, the isoCAL function will automatically perform internal calibration and adjustments at regular intervals with consistently high accuracy.
High performance, high precision, super fast response via the Monolithic Weighing Cell is achievable with the Sartorius CPA64 (64g x 0.1mg) Analytical Balance. Laboratory weighing couldn't be easier with the internal calibration and standard RS-232 interface for data acquisition applications.
The new Sartorius CP generation of the field-proven Sartorius Competence series of laboratory balances, whose reliability has won over many users in their daily lab procedures, sets the standards yet again in technology, quality and features.
The combination of high-performance technological features in every CPA analytical balance with a rugged, built-to-last design ensures the best possible accuracy in continuous laboratory use.
Every CPA analytical balance has exactly the performance features that are required for fast and professional processing of weighing tasks. These include, for example, ISO/GLP recording and printing, in conjunction with a Sartorius data printer or a computer. The bidirectional RS-232C data interface provides the basis for communication with other equipment, such as a computer.
Built-in, user-friendly application programs provide valuable support for advanced requirements, such as weighing in percent, net-total formulation, animal weighing, mass unit conversion and counting.
The new technical design of the CPA has been developed according to Sartorius' stringent guidelines that users all over the world have come to appreciate. All models feature 21st century weighing technology. This guarantees year after year of uncompromisingly performance in daily weighing procedures.
The entire construction of the Sartorius CPA with its powerful core, the monolithic weigh cell can stand up to the abuse of tough daily use. The same goes for the control keys, the components on a balance that are most frequently used. Even after they have been pressed tens of thousands of times, they will continue to work precisely just like they have from day one, with positive click action for reliable activation of their respective functions.
We understand purchasing an analytical balance is a major capital expense and if you have any questions give us a call and one of our weighing experts can discuss your weighing application and get you the most affordable balance for your weighing needs.
Sartorius has been discontinued production of CPA64.
The closest replacement for the CPA64 would be the new ENTRIS64i-1S, Secura 124-1S or Quintix 124-1S. We have no remaining stock on the CPA64. All information displayed herein is for archival and support purposes only.
