Sartorius CP124S are no longer in production as of May 2008.  These analytical balances were discontinued and replaced with the new and improved CPA124s.  Minor features such as a new keyboard overlay were added to the newer lab balance.

Laboratory weighing and ease of use is here with the Sartorius CPA124S Analytical Balance providing 120 grams weighing capacity with 0.1 milligram readability plus internal calibration at the touch of the button.  If the ambient temperature fluctuates outside of a user-defined range or after a preprogrammed time interval, the isoCAL function will automatically perform internal calibration and adjustments at regular intervals with consistently high accuracy.  The CPA-Series is a total redesign in analytical weighing in every aspect.  New display with adjustable backlit intensity, Monolithic Weighing Cell & draft shield.

The practical draft shield allows easy access for loading and unloading any sample because the smooth-action doors open extremely wide.  All parts of the draft shield are simple to remove for easy cleaning of the weighing chamber base plate.
