Seca 606 platform scale has a large non-slip surface which is perfect for weighing cats and dogs. The veterinary scale also has fine graduations, making it suitable for many sizes of animals. The platform scale is controlled, and displays weights from a cable remote control unit. This makes reading your veterinary scale easy and more versatile.
The veterinary platform scale also has an Auto-HOLD function which allows the weight to be held on display after the animal has left the scale. This lets you take care of the animal before you recording the reading. The platform scale also has a TARE function which is useful if an animal needs to be weighed with something, such as a kitten in a basket. The basket is simply weighed first, and tared off, then the cat can be put in the basket to reveal it's true weight. This makes it possible to weigh an animal in it's owners arms.
