The new redesigned Sartorius GE Series replaces the ever successful GM Series known worldwide for superior performances throughout the world especially in the jewelry industry.  New body style is ergonomically designed with a sleek look and rounded corners.  Now all Sartorius GE Series come standard with a bi directional RS-232 interface allowing communication to a pc or Sartorius Printer.  The GE Series is brand new for 2005 and is in stock for immediate delivery.  Unlike many other balance manufacturers the Sartorius GE portable series operate on standard AA batteries while many other brands make you pay over $100 for a proprietary designed NiCd or lead acid battery costing you a fortune. It's always nice to be able to go to the local store to purchase standard off the shelf AA alkaline batteries in our opinion.
