VIC-412 features include: weigh below underhook
feature for density determination; flip-down protective cover that is removable

of weigh modes, new display with backlit for easy viewing especially in poor lighting

Acculab balances are excellent weighing solutions, but often times, our customers are looking for a lower cost balance without all the bells and whistles included in an
Acculab balance. For our customers seeking a simplified digital balance, with less features than Acculab's products, we recommend My Weigh brand balances.
My Weigh's i601 balance offers 600 g x 0.01 g at a much more affordable price.
Another affordable balance is the VirtualMC VB-302A-600 Precision Balance offering 600g x 0.01g for almost the same price as the VIC-412. So you can get an additional 200 grams weighing capacity - or as we like to say more balance for your $$$.
If you are a jeweler or pawn shop and were told by a Weights & Measures Inspector that you need a Legal for Trade Class II Scale the Acculab VIC412 is NOT Legal for Trade and we recommend you purchase the Mettler Toledo JL602-G/LA00 digital scale.
