The entire construction of the Sartorius CPA with its powerful core, the monolithic weigh cell can stand up to the abuse of tough daily use. The same goes for the control keys, the components on a balance that are most frequently used. Even after they have been pressed tens of thousands of times, they will continue to work precisely just like they have from day one, with positive click action for reliable activation of their respective functions.
Rugged, flexible and high performance are hallmarks of the Sartorius CPA Series. Rugged die cast aluminum alloy base construction with extra-large 15.7" x 11.8" stainless steel weighing platform to accommodate those weighing applications where you need a big weighing area for a bucket or large tray. From the highway for weighing aggregate to the store room for weigh bulk chemicals the CPA is ready to meet your weighing needs. The fork lever weighing system is only found in the Sartorius CPA Series High Capacity Toploading Balances providing dependable measurements. The fork lever was computer designed with fewer moving parts yielding highly reproducible weighing results in practically any environment and long lasting.

For those people that need a balance today we recommend you purchase the GP-32K (0-6100g x 0.1g / 6100-31000g x 1g) or GP32KS. AND Weighing is another precision balance manufacturer with distribution centers in California and Georgia and they keep the entire GP high capacity balances in stock it at both locations to meet your weighing needs. Sartorius has a great balance, but their business plan of typically no inventory and extended lead times results in us just telling people you are better off buying A&D unless you can wait.
