The Ohaus Pioneer PA3102 is a new precision balance that weighs up to 3100 g x 0.01 g.  This toploading balance is ideal for basic weighing applications, but also features percent weighing and parts counting modes.  The Ohaus Pioneer Scales only offers external calibration, so if you prefer internal calibration, you should look at one of our other balances.  Motorized internal calibration drives up the price of digital balances substantially.  We encourage people to buy balances without internal calibration not only because they are more affordable, but because external calibration is the only way to truly calibrate a balance.
