Ohaus PA1502 precision balance from the Ohaus Pioneer Series is an economical weighing solution for basic weighing in the laboratory.  This precision toploading balance weighs up to 1510 grams in 0.01 gram increments.  Features include basic weighing, parts counting and percent weighing.  Every balance available in the new Pioneer Series only offer external calibration using a calibration mass sold separately.  If you prefer a balance with motorized internal calibration expect to pay a significantly more amount of money.  While internal calibration is a nice and convenient feature, it drives up the price of balance substantially.

The Ohaus Pioneer Series has several balances available including analytical balances, milligram balances, and precision scales that each offer affordability and the basic features required by most laboratories and educational institutions.  Consider the Ohaus Pioneer when price and quality matter most.
