Mettler Toledo's JL1501-G/A-03 gem balance features 1510 grams maximum weighing capacity and increments in 0.1 gram increments.  This gem balance is legal for trade and offers a compact, plastic construction.  Powered by either an AC adapter or 4 AA batteries, Mettler Toledo JL1501 gem balances offer more portability than our other Mettler gem scale models.  JL Series balances offer external calibration which requires the purchase of an optional 1000 gram calibration mass.  You may also connect the JL1501 balance to a computer or printer via RS232 interface which is included.  RS232 cables and software are sold separately.  JL1501 gem balance from Mettler Toledo weighs units in grams only.  For additional weighing modes, check out one of our comparable models.
