XRV-3211 checkout scales from Mettler Toledo Xpress are legal for trade bench scales that can be used in grocery stores or other food service weighing applications.  Electronic checkout scales are more precise than mechanical weighing scales commonly found in the produce section of many supermarkets.  For this reason, produce departments are upgrading their outdated hanging dial scales with Mettler Toledo Xpress XRV-3211 digital checkout scales.

The new XRV3211 checkout scale features an RS232 interface for interacting with most point of sale applications as well as personal computers for exporting weighing data.  Weigh up to 30 pounds in 0.01 pound intervals with this NTEP approved digital checkout scale.
