Sartorius added the Quintix6102-1S to the Quintix series in Feb. 2014. Sartorius Quintix 6102-1S laboratory balance offers a huge 6100 grams weighing capacity with readability to 0.01 grams. This lab balance features a huge 7.0 inch round weighing platform with fully automatic, temperature and time controlled internal calibration. The die-cast base housing ensures stable and repeatable weighing. The housing has a chemically resistant finish for the easiest cleaning ever.

Sartorius' unique monolithic weight sensor produces steady readings using since it is cut from a single block of a special, highly rugged aluminum alloy using high-speed 21st century milling technology.
