The Defender series bench scales from Ohaus are powered by either an AC Adapter or an internal, rechargeable, lead acid battery which is good for approximately 100 hours. It comes with 304 stainless steel weighing pan with painted carbon steel frame and aluminum IP67 load cell. An RS232 interface is built into the digital bench scale for connecting it to a computer or printer for exporting data. A level indicator and non-slip rubber leveling feet ensure that your scale is set up to give accurate readings during weighing applications.
The Ohaus Defender's digital display features a 6 digit, 7-segment backlit LCD with 1 inch high digits for easily reading the units during the weighing process.
