Signum SIWRDCP-V10 preconfigured Signum scale. The SIWRDCP-V10 increments in 2 gram divisions up to 60,000 grams and features a large 13.7" x 9.4" stainless steel weighing pan. The balance's weigh pan and balance housing body has some small scratches that
shows cosmetically that the unit's not brand new, but the balance performs as
a brand new unit.
This balance was cleaned, tested and calibrated and meets the manufacturer specifications.
The balance has all the complete packing material and operation manual, but
the box will show signs that it was shipped around for before as a demonstrations
unit. Sartorius classifies this balance as DQE - Demo Quality Excellent.
Demo balances carry a limited 12 month manufacturer warranty while new balances
have a 3 year warranty.

Sartorius SIWRDCP-V10 is a compact industrial scale in which a standard strain gauge weigh cell is used. Speed-up technology makes
the Signum uniquely fast, which means Signum bench scales can weigh in half a

Sartorius Signum compact bench scale features a gorgeous cast aluminum base and a 14 segment, orange backlit display. Most displays on balances are only 7 segments, but Sartorius Signum indicators use twice as many segments for an easier to read digital display.

Signum shipping scales from Sartorius feature a remote indicator that can be attached to the platform, or removed depending on your own personal weigh preferences. When weighing packages with an attached indicator, sometimes larger boxes might hang over the shipping scale's platform, covering the digital display. When this occurs, you can simply detach the indicator and move it out of the way so you can record the weight reading. Indicator cable measures 3 meters long and is coiled in the base of each unit.
Regular, Advanced and Supreme models for customized applications
Signum compact industrial scale series has a choice of three powerful technologies, each with a different level of performance: The standard weighing system in Signum Regular models enables resolutions of up to 35,000d; SignumAdvanced models feature a mechatronic weighing system with resolutions of up to 65,000d, and Signum Supreme models are equipped with a monolithic weigh cell for resolutions of up to 350,000d. Signum offers users a premium scale that is remarkably easy to use and offers a broad range of options for adaptation to specific customer needs.
Sartorius SIWRDCP-V10 is classified as a Regular Signum Model
A wide range of options is one of the many exceptional features of the Signum series. Users can choose from three application levels, a variety of resolutions, a large selection of interfaces and other options. This adaptability makes Signum ideal for virtually any use, from simple weighing to demanding applications such as counting with automatic reference weight updating, product data storage with bar code input, or operation with a reference scale in two-scale systems.
Easy to use
Even though the range of possibilities is so expansive, Signum is exceptionally easy to use. The display and control unit in the practical SlimLine design can be set up within minutes for optimum ergonomical use – whether next to the weighing platform, on a column, or mounted on the wall. Optional interfaces meet all the requirements for state-of-the-art data transfer, including Ethernet and PLC connectivity. Any of the models in this series can be fitted with an optional analog/digital converter for a second weighing platform, such as a reference scale or bulk weigher.
Particularly in rough industrial environments, unlimited operational safety is imperative. Signum scales not only have high overload protection, they are also extremely rugged and resistant, and adapt well to virtually any conditions in industrial use. For example, Signum scales are available for use in zone 2 and 22 hazardous areas, which of course includes ATEX conformity and certification in accordance with the latest industry standards. Moreover, Signum scales feature dependable protection against the effects of extreme overload and side impact, and provide reliable, repeatable weighing results even under changing ambient conditions. All preconfigured models come standard with IP65 protection (dust tight, protected from penetration by jets of water). Whether the scale has to be washed down regularly with water sprayed from a nozzle, is integrated in a production network, or is frequently moved to different areas, the new Signum series meets all user requirements without compromising on reliability or safety.
Each scale with an IP65 protection rating is equipped with a membrane seal around the center shaft as well as rubber booting protection for the interfaces, except Ethernet and PS2 options.

Special Note:To calculate inches, simply divide the unit in milligrams by 25.4 to convert to inches.
When you select the YDH01P option, your Signum compact scale is equipped with a column for holding the digital display indicator. If you prefer to use a standard bench scale, this option should be considered.

Signum Underhook for Below Balance Weighing
The below balance underhook requires Sartorius to custom drill the load cell and base frame. Sartorius will calibrate the unit by using the underhook assemble to provide better calibration and QC checks for this specific option.
