VW-321-S-30 Bench Scale weighs up to 66 pounds and increments in 0.02 pound graduations.
This platform scale measures 12.4" x 12.4" and also weighs in kilograms
(30 kg x 0.01 kg) plus ounces and carats for additional weigh modes. A true
rugged industrial scale that is designed and built to last for years of heavy
poundings and yet light on your capital budget.
The scale's weighing platform is designed two layers of stainless steel compared
to most competitors bench scales only have one layer of top thin stainless steel
platter that can easily bend and twist out of shape. The top stainless steel
platter is a heavy gauge either deep drawn or welded that is able to withstand
real industrial knocks and shocks. The bottom stainless steel cover also
act as dust and moisture cover preventing dirt, insects and moistures from damaging
the sensitive load cell sensor inside.
Additional features include:
- Weigh sensor is a high accuracy single point strain gauge aluminum load cell
mounted on two diecast subplatters beneath the scale base
- (4) four adjustable feet on the scale base can easily be adjusted to level
the scale
- Sprint bubble indicator makes leveling the bench scale a breeze
- Scale column/post is stainless steel along with the bracket supporting the
weigh indicator that is adjustable to fit practically any viewing angle.
The indicator comes standard with both AC adapter and rechargeable battery (yes,
included as standard too), plus you can also use 6 AA batteries which makes this
bench scale versatile for both indoor and outdoor use. If the rechargeable
battery runs out over a week of use, and there are no AC supply, just pop 6 AA
batteries and your scale is immediately up and working.
VMC asked thousands of their end users for the ultimate dream scale and they
designed the scale for you. The weigh indicator has everything you need:
including backlight display so it is easily seen and read in dim warehouse or
stock rooms. The auto-on/off feature allows you to have backlight on a
permanent basis, or only when you weigh and shut off after few seconds to conserve
battery, or to have it turned off for outside environment.

The weigh indicator's electronics has 400,000 internal resolution and a maximum
display resolution of 15,000 divisions. These same electronics are used
in much more expensive hopper, tanks, and floor scales.
